Jared turns 33!

The tinies found a new place to play at Grannies!

I was proud of the way the cheesecake turned out. I used to make them every year around Jareds bday and Valentines but I haven't for a couple years. Very Yummy. If anyone needs a good strawberry topping recipe, let me know, the best I've found so far!

Ashlyn checking out her dad. The babies and kids just love him to pieces. He sure sacrifices a lot for me and the kiddos. We love you babe. Mwahh!
Lydia could go on a motorcycle ride every day. She loves it when Dad goes really, super fast. He is so patient and loving. We hope you had a happy, happy birthday Jared.

A sunny and windy day in Feb.

Ethan and Lydia think it is so funny to go as fast as they can up and down the slide and try to not let me get a picture of them. While they might not be the best pics, I still won and got a few!

Lydia trying not to look at me, ha ha, gotcha little cutie!

A self portrait of me and Ashlyn Bug. They were so happy just to get out of the house, I don't think they cared that the wind was blowing so much!

The Brielle Belle and Mom. We are so excited for the warm weather to make its debut. I think the tinies and the kids are sick of playing in the living room every single day. Bring on Spring!

Valentine Day Fun

Ashlyn and Brielle love to scamper all over their Grannie Frannie!

Grandma Jean made yummy sugar cookies for all the kids.

Ethan playing with his new Zhu zhu pet Grannie Frannie surprised them with for Valentines!

Grandma Jean and Grandpa David with the Tinies. Poor Brielle has her eyes half closed! What a fun Valentines day.

We all showed up at the same time to collect our cookies. It brings back fun memories as kids, my moms Valentine tradition was to make these big heart cookies and take a picture of us all lined up with them! Maybe I should continue the tradition with my kids!

A Night out on the Town...

So, we'd been planning on going out for a couple of weeks BUT of course, the day of our "Hot" date, I was rear ended after school and that took up the time (and more) that I was going to do my hair! I attempted a side pony tail thing, but it didn't really work out. I didn't really feel like going out anyways, but SOOO glad we did, because it was much needed, so here we are, dropping the kids off at Frans and Todds. Have I mentioned how much I love my hubby? He is the BOMB!
Joemaka and Natalie. We ate at a yummy Mexican restaraunt (spelling?) called Maria Bonitas. Mmm. We'll have to go again for sure. It was lots of fun, could have hung out and talked all night but we had more fun in store...

movin' and groovin' to 2 1/2 white guys at Sundance! That is Nate Robinson, Dawn's hubby on the guitar and the vocals!!

Natalie, me, and Dawn. It was also Dawn's birthday bash. So much fun. The night went by way too fast, that's for sure. I can't wait for our next night out on the town!

Lydia turns 4!

Lydia and my "much older" brother, Mike, have a bday a day apart so they are lucky enough to share a party! Cute little Damen wants in too!

A strawberry cake, with strawberry frosting, and fresh strawberries for my little Strawberry Shortcake girl.

On Lydia's actual bday, Grannie Frannie and Gpa Todd watched the tinies so Jared, Ethan, and I could spoil Lydia rotten! We went to Kangaroo Zoo and ate at Purple Turtle!

The jumping bean. She was lovin' every minute of it!

Also on her actual bday, it was pajama day at school so she got to wear her new ballerina jammies and her pink ballerina shoes. She is such a hoot.

Nixon and Lydia are just one year, and one week apart, so they had fun getting sung to at Grannies house.

Lydia wanted Mickey Mouse pancakes for breakfast, so that is what the princess got! (Ethan doesn't want eyes in his next time because they freak him out!)

Bits of January

Brielle, about 8 months old. (she is wearing Ethans old dino jammies, I love Gymboree!)
She is a little ham. Definately more chill, will take a bottle if I'm not around, and just a pure joy. She has fun watching Ash and following her lead.
The Ashlyn machine. Also around 8 months. She is non stop, always on the go, and has the funniest cry face! She loves to sneak in my scrapbook room and eat paper. She also likes to tear apart anything and everything, comes with the age I think, but hopeful she grows out of it soon!

We finally got highchairs! We didn't have a high chair for Ethan or Lydia, just the kind that strap in your kitchen chair, but once the tinies were mobile and Ash took a trip down the stairs when I ran downstairs to put some toast in for Ethan, decided it would be wise to invest in some. The babies weren't too fond of them at first, but now love them thankfully, they are a lifesaver when I get breakfast going, doing dishes, or occasionally making dinner! I wouldn't be able to live without them.

I just love these 2. They are the best of friends. Jared made a make shaft sled run for the kids and they had all sorts of fun. They are so cute with the tinies and I just love em' to pieces!
