June 2011 Wrap up...

MWAH! Right before the Lehi Round up Rodeo the girls were being super cute with each other. They had fun cheering on the cowboys!

We had an all girl scrapbook night. So much fun laughing and giggling. The girls are all so creative! We'll do it next year for sure.

The camp at Lake Powell. Awe. Best. Vacation. Ever.

The handsome hubby! He found a cool hiking spot.

The girlies with the kids on the boat.

Ethan trying out the surfing with Dad.

Jake, Abby, and Ethan.. the tubing champs!

Grannie being silly with her grandboys!

The men.. dun dun dun.

Austen and his sweet girl.

Greg, Margie and their clan. Thanks for the great time!

Our little family of 4! Where are Ash and Belle you ask? Well, my awesome Mom took them for 4 days so we could actually relax and enjoy E dawg and Lulu! It was so great, I already booked her for next year if we do a Lake Powell trip. Love ya Madre!

There's stunt man Ethan. He is so funny, makes up names for his tricks and then does them. If he isn't sleeping, he is in the water the whole time.

There's the little rock skipper Lydia. She was so fun to snuggle at night and so fun to watch her play with her beloved cousins! She sure is a sweet pea.

Jared took this right after a huge microburst. It was crazy to say the least. I've been in Lake Powell storms but this one takes the cake. It trashed the whole campsite, we were so blessed that all the kids safely made it into the houseboat and were OK. Lydia cried forEVER thinking that there was a tornado, or a flood, etc. She still talks about the LP storm.

This must have been one of the times we were talking about owing my Mom BIG TIME! So nice to not have to worry about lifejackets, diapers, sunscreen, etc. We loved every minute of it.

Oh, my little bubble gum girls. They are slightly obsessed with bubble gum!

Blog Spree... June 2011

Jared dancing with his dog! Ha ha. It totally cracks us all up.

On Fathers Day! We had a french toast with cream and strawberries for breakfast. The kids had a fun time making him cards. He is one rockin' dad/husband.

At Natalie and Daniel's wedding. Jake the snake and E Dawg. Jake is a year or 2 older than Ethan and is one smart boy. I learn new things everytime he talks! Ethan really looks up to him.

Me, Granny Eyre, and Becca. I started putting my hand on hips for pictures because I felt my arm was always pressed against my side, making it look chubbier than it really was!! I guess after seeing this pic I will stop doing that! What a beautiful night...

At the entrance... Miss Lydia. Have I told you how much I love this girl? She really is a lifesaver. She is growing up too darn fast!

The girls had so much fun dancing with their ribbon wands. Such a fun night.

Grannie Frannie and Pa with the Girlies.

Ha ha. I love it. We have been renting redboxes this summer for recreation! I guess the camera was handy so I took a pic to remember our summer of redboxes on the couch!

Ethan had so much fun putting this diary of a wimpy kid puzzle together. Thanks Michelle/Vincent!

At the PG carnival. Holy smokes. It was a hot, hot day. The only ride that Brielle would go on. Ash had fun on the choo choo train and the car, vroom vroom. We had a fun play date with my friend, Natalia, and her kids!

Olivia, Ethan, and Vincent had a blast going on the big kid rides. Too bad it didn't last longer. It was $3-4 per ride/kid. We enjoyed strawberries and cream after, yum.

Like I said, Belle was scared of all the rides. It must of been the noise, each ride she sat in the wagon with her hands covering her eyes. If you asked her anything, she would reply with a sad, "Nooo."

Lydia and Abby, I mean Belle and Ariel! PG princess party was so awesome. I would recommend it to everyone. My fave was the book they sent the princesses home with reminding them of the inner qualities each princess should posess.

The girls watching the breakfast Elmo video on pbskids.org. Their fave!

Our 2 oldest goofballs. Don't even ask!

8 is Great...

Ethan with his new set of scriptures Gma Jean gave him. What a lucky kid, even has his name engraved. My sister, Jessica, took a bunch of pictures with her camera but I've yet to get a CD so here are just a few I snapped with our camera! He had so much support from friends and family. Thanks for making his day so special!

Ethan trying out his new bike and helmet.

Dressed in White. What a stud.

We had a date to the 3D Kung Fu Panda and In and Out. He'll choose a cheeseburger and a milkshake over anything. I tried to talk him into Olive Garden, no sir!

The rest of May!

My sis in law Kristine and I at Smart Cookie. Yum. Love that place! She is also a Stampin' Up demonstrator but we rarely get to stamp because she is so far away!

Stephen and Canyon. The girls just love him. Anytime they see a picture of him while checking out their blog, they say "Look, Can-yon!" Same thing with Emerson. They love their England bound cousins!

Bella Blue enjoying the Dance festival at Ethan's school.

Can you see Ethan? He is underneath!

Ethan is such a stud of a brother. After his dance festival we went to the park for a picnic and some fun. His sisters just love it when "E E" swings them so high!

The 3rd annual Chatterton ping pong smash. Brian took the trophy home again this year!

Joseph and Boston. We hope they get married when they both get home from their missions. Lydia just loves Boston to pieces (we all do really)!

The sisters jeepin' in the garage on a cold day!

Lydia and Emerson. They are monkeys, no doubt!

Speaking of monkeys... these 2 girls are nothing but trouble when it comes to naptime/playtime/tear the cribs apart time!

Lydia graduates preschool!

Lydia just loves Avery and Kendal (yes, they are twins). The 3 of them were the only girls in their preschool class.

I LOVE this picture. It just shows how excited Lydia was to see Audrey. It is one of those pics that tell a story! Lydi bug just loves her cousins and friends.

Lydia has so many people that love her! Sage, Kira, and Damen came with Grandma Jean to see her special program! Also Anna, Elijah, Nixon, Katie, and Grannie and Pa came but I didn't manage to get a good pic of them.

We went to the zoo that day with Stevo, Kristine, and their boys that were here from England. It was literally a zoo because it was free for all military and their family. It was cool to see all the displays of dinosaurs throughout. Of course all the girls were scared of the sceery dinos!

Our 10th anniversary. May is always such a busy time with school ending, parties, programs, family stuff, we went out for dinner and a couples massage. So relaxing!
