On their actual birthday, we went to Smart Cookie for their "cakes"!

They were so excited to show Dad their "cute toes dad."
A few days before, we had family over to celebrate. Our neighbors have a horse named Jack. They kindly gave all the kids a ride around the backyard. So nice.
There's the Ethan fellar. I have tons of cute pictures with most of the kids on the horse. The girls love to see horses from inside the car but once they are up close and personal, they want nothing to do with them!

The lady that made this cake did an awesome job. Her name is Allison Norton and she lives in Highland. Her son was in the class that I did my 3 week field experience in last semester. It was so nice not to have to worry about baking/decorating a cake. Money well spent! She did a great job!

p.s. you're smart to hire out someone to make the cake! sometimes, time is just more valuable than money... very true indeed.
